Pinpointing your internal and external triggers that activate stress are going to really set you up for success. Plus, I will be giving you a nifty little technique to get out stress mode in less than 3 minutes that works every time.

How does the payment plan option work?
The payment plan option is split over 3 monthly instalments. The first instalment is due when you enrol the second instalments is due after 30 days and the third instalment after a further 30 days. 

Why is the fee different for the once off payment and payment plan option?
The once off payment option offers you an extra special discount of R1500 (ZAR) as an extra bonus and benefit for paying upfront
in advance and in full.

How will it work if we are in a different time Zone?
We shall chat about this in advance and upfront before we start and ensure to set up the perfect day and time that suits both of our schedules and time zones.
