Pilates is a practice I absolutely love teaching on a daily basis, alongside running my coaching business.
Teaching this beautiful form of movement and working as a Personal Alignment Coach feels truly aligned for me both personally and professionally. The balance between the two covers all aspects of our well-being as women, on a full holistic, deep core level.

I believe Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise for a woman’s body. It’s the perfect way to align yourself physically and enhance your body mind connection. And I love that I get to share this with you so personally, as I do hope to inspire you.
Practicing Pilates regularly, definitely helps me to keep my body young, healthy, fit, strong, flexible, toned and in balance. With 23+ years in the health, wellness and fitness industry, I can honestly say that when I trained as a Classical Pilates Instructor in 2005, only then did I started holding and moving my body correctly.
The benefits you can experience
The physical benefits of Pilates include improved posture, ease of movement and a more aligned physique. Practicing regularly ensures I can walk 8km on the beach and go for a 10km hike without a second thought, as I totally trust my bodies abilities.
Practicing Pilates gives me the confidence to try new activities and explore new adventures that require both balance and concentration. Two of the main principals we tap into in each class.
Being Pilates fit really does leverage my love for being outdoors in nature, hiking, standup paddle boarding, exploring, and traveling. It ensures I maintain a healthy body, which gives me the freedom and flexibility I need, to experience life to the fullest.

Introducing you to Pilates
If you are not familiar with Pilates, I am feeling quite excited to introduce you to this amazing exercise modality.
Pilates is a body conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles. It works by building strength from the inside out, which I absolutely love. A regular practice rebalances the body and brings it into correct alignment.

Practicing Pilates helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner, and more toned. Each series enhances the way you hold yourself, which elevates your confidence. A regular practice release nervous tension, which positively shifts your mindset. This helps you achieve the perfect balance between strength, flexibility, and your well-being.
The feminine essence
I know from experience that you and your body shall absolutely love you for each series you move through. The movements are soft, gentle, and so feminine in their essence, bringing more of this energy into your life. Practicing Pilates really does supports your overall well-being; body, mind and soul.
