Well-being is a top priority for me, mine and yours, and this is why I absolutely love teaching and Practicing Pilates on a daily basis, alongside running my coaching business.
The combination of teaching classes and working as a well-being and mindset coach feels truly aligned for me as it covers all aspects of our well-being, on a very deep core and holistic level and from the inside out.
For me personally, practicing Pilates regularly helps me to keep my body young, healthy, fit, strong, flexible, toned and in balance.
Practicing Pilates ensures I can walk 8km on the beach and go for a 9km hike without a second thought as I totally trust my bodies abilities.
Pilate also gives me the confidence to try new activities and explore new adventures that require both balance and concentration.
Being Pilates fit really does leverage my love for being outdoors in nature, hiking, exploring, traveling and the freedom and flexibility I have to experience life to the fullest.
Plus, practicing Pilates is totally in Alignment with me leading a healthy balance lifestyle.

Pilates is a body conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles. It works by building strength from the inside out, which I absolutely love, and rebalances the body and brings it into correct alignment.
Pilates helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It will also improve your posture, improving your confidence and mindset, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility and well-being, and it is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension. too.
